LEADING GROUPS TO SOLUTIONS

Group problem solving and decision making is critical to the success of modern organizations. Skilled facilitators know when and how to intervene for the purpose of helping a group achieve optimum productivity. Few people, regardless of their level of experience or authority, acquire the skills necessary to assume the facilitator role. The Leading Groups to Solutions Workshop is a two-day learning experience where participants will learn how to use the Facilitation Model. This active, hands-on workshop is packed with feedback and skill building opportunities. COACHING, CONSULTING, AND TEAMING (CCT)

This learning experience combines coaching and teamwork concepts from our books, Win-Win Partnerships and Teamwork, along with the principles of Flawless Consulting, by Peter Block. This fast-moving workshop provides an effective "overview" of key skills through the use of practice sessions and lively interaction. This seminar is especially useful for those in staff or "helping" roles, rather than operations or line management. Those who want more exposure on these topics can enroll in the multi-day class on Consulting Skills at Designed Learning Inc., or in a multi-day coaching class at CMOE, Inc.
