The Team Building Workshop assists participants in planning for specific improvements in the way the team operates. Each group has its own unique need and an interest so each team building session is different. Therefore, the insights, learning, lessons, and outcomes will vary with each group. To help each team accomplish its goals, we use an experience-based approach. This simply means that a lot of the learning will evolve from the "hands-on" tasks and exercises the participants groups will participate in. Key concepts will then be presented to reinforce and clarify the learning. Participants will discover what works and how to continue to implement effective practices.
