Team Building Seminar

The CMOE Team Building seminar is just the right answer for a group of people who want to truly develop as a team. Since the ability to function and maximize effective performance is crucial for a winning team, it is important for the group to align and focus on how to become a more effective unit. Through face-to-face interaction and discussion, participants gain tremendous insight on how to work more effectively as individual team members as well as team leaders. Our Team Building seminar will focus on a delivery process of three phases:

    Phase I

  1. Teamwork Vision - Here we define what teamwork is and what the vision is for your organization.
  2. The Agreement - In this segment we explore both our roles as partners and how we can help you meet your expectations and
  3. needs for a productive team building seminar.
  4. Baseline Data - This is where we begin to identify team strengths and development opportunities. This is often gathered through interviews, observation, and our teamwork survey.
  5. Phase II

  6. Training and Development - This is the first team building seminar that we deliver, which is based on our Diamond Model of Teamwork, previous research, and current information gathered from the baseline data.
  7. Positive Experiences - This team building seminar is aimed at creating a positive and memorable learning experience that will stimulate the desire for change and application of the teamwork skills. This is accomplished through our experiential learning process that often simulates classic problem-solving business cases in non-traditional exercises.
  8. Personal Discovery - Our team building seminar helps people focus on teamwork from the both the individual and group levels. We often find that the bigger the personal discovery, the larger the commitment to the new team goals, agreements, and action plans.
  9. Phase III

  10. Application and Accountability - At the end of the team building seminar we help establish both individual and team action plans from what they have learned and how they will hold each other accountable for the implementation of plans and goals.
  11. Transfer and Extension - Too often the learning is lost between the training and the workplace. We will design along with you a long-term strategy for how to create a lasting impact before and after the initial team building seminar.
  12. Reinforce and Evaluate - We often find that the first team building seminar is only the first step. It become very critical to provide reinforcement and opportunities to sustain the training that has taken place as well as evaluate the business impact that is occurring. CMOE is ready and excited about helping your organization in this area.
