The sustainability process begins before a training workshop is held, occurs during the workshop, and continues after the workshop is completed. CMOE will work closely with you to establish a sustainability approach built around your needs. Sustainability tools and approaches available from CMOE include:

• Survey assessment before and after the workshop
• Pre-work material available on-line and in paper form
• Application and sustainability plans during the workshop
• On-line refresher tools and courses
• Instructor-led refresher courses
• Tele-mentoring
• Other strategies for implementation by managers
