Why Strategic Business Planning?
It is essential to both bottom-line results and the well-being of every employee for a team to establish a clear course or direction. Strategic Business Planning is a process that aligns a team's future actions with the organization's direction. Although all business plans are unique and often based on the organization's or individual's beliefs and values, teams should take advantage of opportunities and respond to the challenges presented by the forecasted business environment in their planning. This program focuses on the fundamentals of strategic business planning using the BRIDGES Model of Business Planning to maximize the learning of participants.
