Strategic Management Training from CMOE

Overview

The future is full of opportunities; strategic thinkers are the people who will give these opportunities life. In today's fast changing business environment, leaders will need a broad perspective, vision, and awareness of the trends and developments shaping their work and businesses. The Applied Strategic Thinking Workshop is designed to help leaders obtain success by using two skill sets, good operational skills (focusing on day to day immediate business) and keeping an eye on the future, opportunities, and obstacles. Workshop Design

Our Strategic Management Training is based on research and our new book "Ahead of the Curve." This training is available in four hour, eight hour, and two day formats. Each workshop is delivered by CMOE's talented and highly experienced facilitators. It can be taught on-site at your location or at selected battlefields as a way to introduce the skills through the strategic eyes of others.
