Meet Our Team
Dr. Richard L. Williams has been a business consultant for over 33 years and has conducted more than 3,000 workshops to more than 150,000 managers and executives. Rick’s special interests lie in process improvement, instrumentation research and design, leadership development, team building, and executive coaching. For 13 years he was the Director of Executive Development for American Stores Company where he was responsible for the management and executive development of more than 170,000 employees. Rick has experience in working with a wide range of industries globally.
Rick has received numerous awards and honors, including being listed in Marquis Who’s Who in America. Due to outstanding scholarship while a doctoral candidate, Dr. Williams was honored with Knighthood. Those who have worked with Dr. Williams’ characterize him as a powerful and effective motivator for change and improvement. His style and presentation methods reflect a positive “can do” attitude, but more importantly, he teaches practical skills to build and sustain long- term success. Dr. Williams has a unique talent for improving the effectiveness of leaders and organizations.
