CMOE takes great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final.

RETURNING TO CMOE.COM
We'll refund your purchase if you:
1. Return any books, unopened CD's, cassettes, VHS tapes, DVD's in their original condition
2. Include
your packing slip or receipt with your return

- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Refunds for items returned within ninety days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
- Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Refunds for items returned more than ninety days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
- Bulk orders of 25 copies or more are not returnable to CMOE.com.

Shipping Time Frames
All orders with U.S. addresses are processed and shipped the same day if received before 3:30PM MST. Shipments are sent via UPS ground or FedEx ground unless otherwise selected. Transit time is approximately 5-7 days. PO Box addresses will be processed and shipped within 48 hours and are sent via air mail through the United States Post Office. Transit time approximately (5-10) days.
International orders are processed in 24 hours and are sent via Global Priority Air Mail to the following 51+ countries. All others will be sent standard Air Mail.
