Why a Workshop on Problem Solving?Problem solving is the heart and soul of every job. Problems come in all sizes, from major problems to daily nuisances. Yet, if these problems can be solved with greater accuracy, creativity, and confidence, actions would be prevented that would otherwise negatively impact the organization. In this workshop, participants will learn how to logically and systematically think through and diagnose the root cause of a concern and then determine an effective solution.
Participants Will Learn How to:
- Analyze and diagnose, look for patterns, and sort out the root cause of a problem
- Prevent premature assumptions and speculation
- Take a collaborative approach to problem solving
- Draw appropriate conclusions
- Think "outside the box" and identify innovative alternatives
- Compare the relative worth of options and determine the best solutions
- Consider unforeseen risks and threats to a successful choice

The Problem Solving Workshop can be delivered in a one-half or one day format. This workshop can be led by an experienced CMOE facilitator at a location of your choice. We also offer Train-the-Trainer services where we provide the skills and knowledge for others to deliver The Problem Solving Workshop. Clients would then simply purchase the Participant Workbooks from CMOE.
