Outdoor Team Building
The Orienteering experiential exercise is one of the powerful experiences that can be included in our Outdoor Team Building workshop. This exercise is set up as a classic business simulation where 75% of the experience is outside of the classroom. It is an excellent way to develop intact teams, cross-functional teams, and mixed groups of individuals who want to improve their team skills with Outdoor Team Building.All types of team members including, Supervisors, Professionals, and Hourly Employees will all benefit from the outdoor team building experience. Participants learn to combine their talents and efforts on a journey to increased profit and organizational effectiveness. Participants will manage resources, finances, and focus on customer needs to achieve the final goal.
