Our priority is to provide a Leadership Development Course that targets the issues that will have greatest positive impact on leaders and the organization.  We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to Leadership Development.  Using our existing content, research, and customized design capabilities, we tailor a Leadership Development course for each client and their leadership audience (high-potential, new, first-line, mid-level, and/or senior leaders).  CMOE utilizes proven training methods to deliver a learning experience that is interactive, customized, business oriented, experiential, and skill based.  After each course or a module in a series of courses, participants create action plans to support the immediate transfer and application of the skills and knowledge they gain.  Some clients incorporate our sustainability tools, strategies, and electronic resources to maximize their training investment.

Courses can range from a one-time event to a curriculum that spans multiple days and time frames.  CMOE also offers a Qualities of Leadership workshop that focuses on fundamental and sound leadership skills and abilities to introduce participants to the best practices and ideas about leadership today.
