The GROW Coaching Approach
For 35 years, CMOE has been the leader in coaching-skills training. We have designed training curriculum on a variety of coaching topics. Our aim in developing these coaching workshops is to help leaders learn to collaborate with their team members to power the organization forward.One of a leader’s greatest privileges is having the opportunity to coach others to achieve high performance in the workplace, but this is also one of the greatest challenges a leader will face. Coaching situations represent an opportunity to bring new sources of strength to the entire organization by collaborating with motivated individuals who are driven to make positive changes, move to the next level of excellence, and make an impact on the bottom line.
Participants of the CMOE GROW Coaching Workshop are introduced to a unique GROW coaching approach that is ideal to use in coaching situations where coachees are eager and reflective about their work. The CMOE GROW Model is well suited to highly motivated individuals who are looking for guidance as they discover unknown talents and hidden potential, set new goals, and seek to sustain their professional development over the long term.
In this workshop, participants will actively develop their coaching skills in an engaging and supportive classroom environment. Through thought-provoking collaborative discussions, practical tools, and interactive exercises, participants will quickly gain the confidence they need to apply their new skills immediately in the workplace and create lasting impact on the business.
Creating a coaching culture has many positive, long-term effects and can have a powerful impact on the business’ bottom line. The CMOE GROW Coaching Workshop is delivered in a one-day format. This workshop can be led by an experienced CMOE facilitator at a location of your choice or, if you prefer, we can “train the trainer,” providing the skills and knowledge other training professionals need to deliver CMOE’s GROW Coaching Workshop.
