Facilitation Skills

Much of the work in organizations today is accomplished by groups or teams. In your own environment, you may be asked to lead others, direct the efforts of others, or harness their energies to achieve desired results. You may be in a position to provide vision, guidance, resources, or simply be presented with the opportunity to help your team succeed as an individual contributor. Effective Facilitation Skills require insight and a unique skill development, development that many managers may not have had an opportunity to experience.

CMOE's Facilitation Skills program is an in-depth and interactive experience that helps managers and leaders define and gain consensus for group objectives, evaluate their teams, channel their best energy and thinking, and deliver business results while building lasting relationships.

Our programs on Facilitation Skills are full of specific "how-to" learning experience in which participants learn to use a Facilitation Skills Model. This program is designed for anyone involved in helping two or more individuals solve problems, make decisions, and bring out the best in groups.

Participants in CMOE's Facilitation Skills workshop will:
