They are what we call First Tier Programs and Second Tier Programs. First Tier Programs are the various flagship workshops that CMOE has developed and have typically been found to be among the core competency and skill sets of our clients. These include topics such as Coaching Skills, Teamwork, Leading Groups to Solutions (Facilitating Skills), Qualities of Leadership, and Strategic Thinking. Because these are very important skills and require time to develop, we have structured these courses to range from four hours to two or more days in length. These First Tier programs are full of experiential activity and engaging learning. Second Tier Programs are not any less important than our First Tier courses, but often require less time to deliver. These workshops include topics such as Communication, Trust, Conflict, Delegation, Change, Innovation, Giving Feedback, Influencing Others, Flexible Leadership, and many others.
