Successful organizations have realized that the most effective way to improve quality, cost, and customer service is by utilizing teams of people - the individuals who have the largest impact on organization success. Using the Eight-Step Coaching Model and our proven coaching training design, The Continuous Improvement Coaching Workshop focuses on the role of manager, facilitators, and team leaders as they manage situations within the team structure to build high performance relationships and ensure team success.
PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN HOW TO:
- Maximize the contributions of a diverse cross-section of team members who may be working together for the first time.
- Support others who are dealing with the effects of change as they explore new and different ways of performing work that threatens the status-quo.
- Coach through conflicts between team members, communication problems or breakdowns, and team and individual performance.
- Adjust to their role as a liaison between the team and management.
