CMOE's 8-Step Coaching Skills Model is the result of more than twenty eight years of applied research and development. We have assisted thousands of leaders, in numerous Fortune 500 companies and smaller organizations, in the improvement of their coaching skills. Participants who engage in CMOE's Coaching Skills Workshop will be provided with a hands-on, interactive learning experience that will allow them to build collaborative relationships with team members, help others adjust to and thrive in changing environments, and create greater accountability.CMOE's Coaching Skills Workshop is effective because the learned skills are practical and useful. The focus is on practicing and perfecting these skills much more than on theory. Participants see the Coaching Model as a tool that can be immediately applied to their own situations. Over 40% of classroom time is spent in intensive practice situations using the 8-Step Coaching Model.
Each participant receives extensive feedback from the instructor, other class members, and questionnaires completed prior to the workshop. Members of the class are given personal consultation that focuses on their own needs and are given specific applications so that the coaching skills are immediately used back on the job.
