		<description>Absolutely right. Communication is the language of leadership. Messages are simply radiated out - in whatever you do and do not do. Leaders are always observed and very keenly too. So, as a leader it is your prime responsibility to give out positive messages that energize people around you. Now comming to the topic of teamworking, individual ego is the biggest killer of teamworking. And a leader who cannot handle this is the biggest source of frustration for a team member. More than anything else, it is the leader&#039;s attitude that causes people to leave an organization.</description>
