		<description>A friend of mine, who&#039;s a management consultant who also speaks all over the world, likens this type of thing to what he calls &quot;winning by a nose&quot;.  He states that most people in history don&#039;t come out on top by slaughtering someone else; instead, they win by inches, or seconds, or pennies, or, as horse racing goes, by a nose.  It&#039;s a great analogy.

I also like your thoughts on restaurants.  We still will go to those restaurants that are good, but the ones that are great are always our first choice, no matter how small the reason is.</description>
