Great post. I especially like the idea of practicing communication, humility and collaboration. Leadership is so much more effective when leaders value of their employees and work hard to help them use their talents and abilities as part of a healthy, well-functioning team.

Somewhere needs to be added the leader’s commitment to on-going self-education for themselves and others in the organization.
