Recently I have come across a new term for mirco-managers, called seagull managers. They are managers that come into the middle of a problem, don&#039;t bother to find out all the information about the problem and just start giving out orders. They then leave the situation and leave the employees to pick up the mess the leader created. Have you heard of anything like that?</description>
