Wayne Wallace

Wayne Wallace is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience at Delta Air Lines Inc. in the fields of training and development, customer service, consulting and management. He has experience in delivering a broad range of management level courses focusing on leadership, coaching, diversity, personal development, customer service, conflict resolution, business literacy and presentation skills. Wayne has facilitated in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia for cross-divisional and multi-level audiences. Wayne has been a master facilitator for the Coaching Skills Workshop since 1998 and a member of the CMOE consultant team since 2003.
