Wayne Wallace is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience at Delta Air Lines Inc. in the fields of training and development, customer service, consulting and management. He has experience in delivering a broad range of management level courses focusing on leadership, coaching, diversity, personal development, customer service, conflict resolution, business literacy and presentation skills. Wayne has facilitated in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia for cross-divisional and multi-level audiences.
