Stephanie Mead
Ms. Mead has experience in operations management, leadership development curriculum design, organization development consulting, and international operations. Stephanie has designed and created internal organizational policy and has also provided business administration controls involving performance review evaluations and personnel processes. She has conducted organizational studies and designed employee morale surveys. Stephanie has created many leadership development workshops on topics such as Applied Strategic Thinking, Teamwork, Training and Developing Employees, Managing Change, Innovation, and Performance Development. Stephanie has been involved with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring at various levels. Her experience includes conducting teamwork training sessions and administering implementation processes in small work team settings, as well as facilitating goal-setting and performance evaluation sessions. Stephanie has worked with national and international organizations diagnosing training and development needs, formulating contracts and agreements, and supervising joint ventures. She has also been a co-trainer for teamwork training sessions in the international arena.Education
