He is recognized for his positive energy, enthusiasm, and expertise in human excellence, Poh brings a wealth of experience and insights to facilitating groups. He was recognized in the "International Who's Who of Professionals" 2000 and awarded "Outstanding Chapter President of the World" by the Junior Chamber International and "Youth of the Nation" by the Ministry of Youth & Sports Malaysia. He is certified as a trainer by the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness with emphasis on "Coaching."
