Pete Gustavson

During the last ten years, Pete has focused his consulting work on financial institutions, and has worked with a number of manufacturing, distribution, and service companies as well.

Prior to his work as a consultant, Pete spent 20 years in the financial services industry, primarily in the insurance field. He has been a licensed sales agent, a Vice President of Aetna Life and Casualty, and also worked internationally as the chief operating officer of Aetna UK in London, England. After retiring from Aetna, he provided leadership training and strategy consulting services to many Fortune 100 clients and government agencies, including Shell Oil, the Milliken Company, Accenture Consulting, MassMutual Life Insurance, Radisson Hotels, the Department of Energy, and the U.S. Navy.
