Osamu Kajita
Osamu Kajita has 20 years of experience in the sales department and 13 years of experience in the talent development and training department within the field of pharmaceuticals industry. He was engaged in staff development as a division manager and also as a regional manager when he was in the sales department. With a strong belief in importance of good talent development backed by the past experience, he decided to transfer to the talent development and training department. The first year at the training department, he participated in various trainers training programs in Chicago with the training team in the United States.One of his notable contributions at a pharmaceutical company is that he developed a practical training program combining selling skills with coaching skills and is used for field ride coaching, including giving feedback when preparing for visiting a client, during the visit, and after the visit.
Osamu now works as a talent development consultant specializing in coaching skills, EQ, communication skills, and facilitation skills.
