Lere Baale has over 25 years of business management experience in leading global corporations where he served as the Executive Director and handled projects on marketing, sales, strategy, business management, & training covering several countries in Europe, Africa, & the Middle East Area. He also coached over 200 Facilitators / Trainers. He has developed and delivered several open and in-house training courses covering marketing, sales management, customer care, branding, teamwork, leadership and organization efficiency.
Mr Baale is a principled, enthusiast and hardworking visionary with powers of concentration and unshakable resolve. He has published articles in several business and international periodicals. Currently, in addition to facilitating for CMOE, Lere is a lecturer and set advisor to the Business School International Netherlands and a facilitator for Pan African University.
