Kris Olson

Kris is an experienced level professional with a Masters of Education and over 17 years of progressive experience including: consultation, budget management, facilitation, team building, supervising, coaching, curriculum design & development, organizational design, recruitment, and event coordination. Kris began her career in Higher Education. After 10 years in the field, she made a career switch and began working for the world's largest privately held company. Within this environment, Kris has served as a Corporate Training Consultant, Training Curriculum Specialist, a Member of a Global Realignment Team, and a Recruiting Manager. Kris has experience in both the Human Resource function as well as Industrial Business experience. She has been recognized as an effective leader, excellent communicator, and creative team player.
