Kimberly Sizemore

Since 1988, Kimberly Sizemore has developed and delivered high quality workshops from front line employees to senior level management. Kim has also provided individual coaching to leaders through observation, analysis and feedback. In doing so, she has helped many employees of companies large and small to gain skills, knowledge and the understanding to put new ideas into practice.

Kim offers an experiential, high energy facilitative approach to her workshops. Her style promotes an environment that fully engages participants as they openly ask questions and share experiences. Her goal in working with individuals and groups is to encourage development in relevant topics, which can readily be applied to their jobs and in their lives, therefore increasing individual and organizational success.

When Kim was in the corporate world, she was certified by several of the leading training organizations in the country. Those included CMOE, Franklin Covey, Wilson Learning, Myers Briggs, Project Adventure, and Achieve Global.
