Kenji Yamada has over 15 years of experience in business management within the fields of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, information technology, and telecommunications. Kenji has extensive experience in facilitating group interventions and training. He has developed various programs and initiatives to maximize creativity and productivity as well as designed competitive business and organizational strategies. He was responsible for creating a “learning organization, through effective application of information technology and training. Kenji has overseen the selection, training, and support of management development facilitators and consultant. Kenji has led the design and translation of leadership and management development curriculum.
