Meet Our Team
Ken Betterton is a highly energetic facilitator and has nearly two decades of experience as a professional trainer/facilitator, classroom instructor, and public speaker. Ken served as the Director of Training for the Minnesota School of Business / Globe College from April 2004 through May 2006. He has extensive experience in leadership and leadership training to include, Coaching, Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Self Discovery and Awareness, Personal Impact, Recruitment, Selection and Retention of Employees. Ken’s preferred clients are people that want to become stronger, more effective leaders and organizations that want exemplary leadership.
Ken served twenty five years with the Utah Department of Public Safety/ Highway Patrol, retiring as a Captain out of the Commissioner’s office. He was appointed chairman on the leadership committee for the Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs. He is a proud former United States Marine.
