Julie Ziadeh has 30 years of experience working for a Fortune 500 Organization. Her experiences include operations, customer service, training, leadership development, and executive coaching. Julie’s success in designing, facilitating and implementing award winning trainings has made her a sought after trainer. She was instrumental in organizational change initiatives for more than 50,000 front line employees, supervisors and senior leaders. As a Corporate Senior trainer, she created and implemented a six month Leadership Development Strategy for the organization’s high potential candidates. She has also designed trainings and implemented a Peer Coaching program. The program created a high performance team who work in strategic partnership with senior leaders to launch corporate and marketing initiatives. Julie is a change-agent, recognized for her ability to create strategic partnerships with her clients. She is dedicated to helping them achieve the results they desire. Her facilitation style has been characterized as energetic, engaging, motivational, and informative.
