As Consultant of C.M.O.E. Japan, Akira Takamatsu has been delivering various consulting services including HR consulting, Organization Effectiveness, and Leadership development consulting. He helps and supports client organizations by identifying their developmental needs, designing effective and practical solutions, and through implementation and delivery of various workshops and trainings.
Prior to joining CMOE, Akira Takamatsu worked for one of the top gobal pharmaceutical companies as Director of Talent Development, lead talent development initiatives in conjunction with succession planning process. Before this was the head of HR/GA of the affiliated company (independent legal entity that manufactures Capsules for pharmaceutical use), and implemented various HR policies, systems and processes.
Akira Takamatsu started his career as Human Resource generalist in a Japanese Electronics Manufacturer and had spent entire career as a Human Resources professional. He broadened his expertise as Recruiting Director at global security firm and global commercial bank.
